RARE MIJ GIG Branded Explorer Rocks Don't let this one Runaway!

So you have studied your licks and you can shred like a Sharp Dressed Man (or Woman).  You have either a Matsumoku MIJ Explorer Aria Pro II, Vox, Ibanez, or Takamine on hand and are ready to Rock. Everything is just right....

But, can you handle the GIG?

Ever heard of the GIG?

The GIG is a RARE 80's Japanese ZZ Explorer shaped (most likely) Matsumoku Plant build shredder.  It's hard to find any information on the GIG Brand name.  Try searching for Japanese Gig guitar.  It's a tough search.  Who knew back then the Internet would come about right?

From the looks of the head shape and some of the GOTOH parts. One would surmise the GIG is in the family of the ARIA PRO II ZZ, Takamine, or other members of the Ibanez family tree.

Pardon the Pun but can we call this the "Raria" (rare Aria)?

Now let's ROCK a little bit.
